With nearly 45 years of combined experience, William and David have extensive knowledge in risk management and financial planning and have helped hundreds of families in the greater Dallas area. One of the foundations of their successful practice originated from meeting David Swensen, Yale University’s Chief Investment Officer, nearly 10 years ago. William and David continue to study, follow and model around the academic and philosophical ideals of successful endowments. William graduated from Texas Tech University and is very involved in Coppell sports, enjoying both coaching and watching his 2 boys, Tripp and Jett, play soccer, basketball, football, lacrosse, and baseball. William enjoys spending time with his 20-year old step-daughter, Haley, when she visits home and enjoys music and live entertainment. William and his wife, Priscila, have been married 12 years and enjoy all outdoor activities with a particular interest in hiking, fishing, and camping.
David J. Swearingen

David graduated from Texas Tech University and is an active member of Grace United Methodist Church. He is also involved with the “Bread Run” for the homeless, and supports the Friends of Fair Park and Friends of Farmers Market events. After months of bringing food to Dallas’s homeless shelter, he recently committed himself to being a monthly volunteer at Austin street shelter. David and his family also support Kids Who Care non profit. David and his wife, Sheila, have been married for 19 years, and have three boys, Michael, Mark and Jack; they enjoy camping, being outdoors snow skiing and the beach. The also have a yellow lab named Stuey and a half English Mastiff, half Irish Wolfhound, named Frank; and a cat named Fatsy. Other than his family, David’s biggest passion is soccer. He still plays competitively in the local Dallas league and enjoys watching his boys play soccer on the weekends.

Mr. Rawlings started his career in 1993 at the Public Accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLC consulting for and serving the needs of major financial institutions and private investment companies. He earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), hold his FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and the NASAA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam, and holds a Certified Financial Planner® designation.
He is also licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance. He has focused the majority of his career on providing individuals with sound investment advice and offering life-relevant advice and financial planning strategies uniquely designed to achieve their individual goals and objectives. In his free time, Mark enjoys cycling and spending time outdoors.

Mr. McClain's areas of expertise include planning strategies for retirement, estate tax planning, business succession planning, and investment portfolio management. He is chairman of the United Capital Financial Advisers' advisory council. Alan ia s graduate of Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi with a BBA in Finance. He has also completed a course in leadership excellence at the University of California at Berkley. Alan stays busy in the business community as a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi and serves on the Forbes Advisory Panel, a national business group that analyzes current economic conditions. In his off time, a native Coloradan, he enjoys being active outdoors. He has completed four marathons, the Baja 500 off roadrace and most importantly enjoys time with his family. In 2005 and 2006 Reuters Wealth Advisor magazine recognized Mr. McClain's firm, Stabil Capital Management, as one of the top Financial Advisers in the United States.

George and his wife, Sarah, enjoy raising their three daughters and traveling to their home towns of Phoenix, Arizona and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Ms Allbritton's responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance in the preparation and processing of new and existing accounts while providing the ultimate client service experience. Her attention to detail is a valuable asset. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching. Kay, a Houston native, is an avid animal lover and proud mother to her cat, Sara. She also thoroughly enjoys reading and traveling.

Ms. Hofstetter joined the United Capital team in early 2008. As a Relationship Manager, Heather serves as the principal point of contact between the wealth adviser and their clients. She is involved in all client meetings, and is intimately familiar with the details of your situation. She works closely with the Wealth Advisers to ensure that every aspect of your relationship with our firm runs smoothly. Heather is Series 7 registered, having passed the General Securities License exam. Her organization and attention to detail are valuable assets to the Texas team. Heather attended Tulane University as a psychology and pre-law double major. A self-proclaimed "construction brat", she has lived and worked across the US, including New Orleans, Boston, Southern California and South Carolina. She is a proud mama to Lance (human), and his "big brother" Einstein (Shih Tzu). Her hobbies include music, cycling, sailing, and a lifelong dedication to cute shoes.

Ms. Prosser is currently attending the University of Houston majoring in Marketing. Her past experience includes 5 years in non-profit as well as 1 year in the Trust industry. Sabrina’s most important past time is raising her daughter and spending time with her family. Her other hobbies include reading, walking at the park with her daughter and sleeping when she can.
